Estimados/as clientes: Con el fin de garantizar una correcta organización, seguridad y control de aforo en todas nuestras actividades, les recordamos que es obligatorio realizar reserva previa para poder acceder a las instalaciones y participar en cualquiera de las clases o servicios ofrecidos en el gimnasio. Esta normativa ha estado vigente desde la apertura del centro; sin embargo, hemos detectado un incremento de usuarios que acuden sin reserva, lo cual dificulta el buen funcionamiento y planificación de nuestras actividades. Por este motivo,no se permitirá el acceso a ninguna persona que no cuente con una reserva confirmada. Asimismo, les recordamos la importancia de cancelar su reserva en caso de no poder asistir. Esto permite liberar la plaza y ofrecer la oportunidad a otros usuarios interesados en participar. Recuerden que si tiene una reserva y no acude a su actividad el sistema le penalizara durante 10 dias sea dentro del mismo mes, si no es posible por tneer todas las reservas hechas pasara al mes siguiente. Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer un servicio de calidad, seguro y organizado para todos. Agradecemos su comprensión y colaboración para mantener el buen funcionamiento del centro. In order to ensure proper organization, safety, and capacity control in all our activities, we remind you that prior reservation is mandatory to access the facilities and participate in any of the classes or services offered at the gym.
This policy has been in place since the center opened; however, we have noticed an increase in users arriving without a reservation, which hinders the smooth operation and planning of our activities. For this reason, access will not be permitted to anyone without a confirmed reservation.
We also remind you of the importance of canceling your reservation if you are unable to attend. This allows us to free up your spot and offer the opportunity to other interested users. Please remember that if you have a reservation and do not attend your activity, the system will penalize you for 10 days within the same month. If this is not possible due to all reservations being made, the penalty will be carried over to the following month.
